EDCAMP WB
The Teaching and Learning Team has designed professional learning opportunities for K-8 staff for February 14th (morning only). The agenda is different than what we have done in the past and will involve unique Ed Camp, Cafe and Designed sessions. This structure will provide teachers´ choice and voice and provide time for staff to share strategies and ideas. You will receive your menu for the day when you sign in. (You will not need to register ahead for your sessions!) And to top it off, we will launch a new twitter challenge!
K-8 staff need to arrive at 8:00 AM for bagels and a Welcome and Introduction (including Twitter Challenge Launch) in the Auditorium at West Bloomfield High School. Staff should be seated by no later than 8:15.
Professional learning sessions will begin at 8:40 AM through 11:00 AM for middle school staff and 8:40 AM through 11:30 AM for elementary staff. Your afternoon professional development is being planned by your building principal. Look for communication from your building administrator for that information.
We look forward to a productive day with our staff and appreciate your participation in making this day a success!
P.S. Feel free to bring an device or notebook/journal for personal reflection and note taking.

Be Creative. This is for all classroom doors in the building.
- Beginning next week Cindy Carson will be taking pictures of teachers with their favorite book. She will then create a poster to hang outside your door or around the building.
