Turn of the Century Armchair
$40
A solid piece of history and great occasional seating
My grandfather loved antiques and acquired this late 19th/early 20th century armchair in the 1970s or 80s. I had it recovered in a red patterned durable microfiber fabric that harkened to its original time period, but is practically impervious to spills and pet hair.
The chair is in outstanding condition, with a good wood finish on the arms and legs and the fabric in like new condition (it was recovered and refinished 6 years ago). The seating is comfortable and all joints are tight and firm. At 26" deep, 28" wide, and 37 1/2" high, it's also a nice size that isn't gigantic and can fit into smaller living spaces or bedrooms.
Because we are moving to a smaller home, we need to quickly move any extra pieces of furniture we don't technically need, hence the fire sale price on this lovely item. Due to its size, you'll need to come and get it, but it could easily fit in the back of an SUV or minivan with seats down.

Only $40!
We hope someone can enjoy this comfortable and oh-so-convenient extra seating in their home!
