Season of Service 2016
2016 Season of Service is launching in 3...2...1...
Put it in your calendars! Tell your church or non profit about it! Season of Service 2016 is launching in just a few days. This year's Season of Service will run from January 16th - April 23rd 2016 and will be like no other: we are asking churches to participate by serving the needs of local schools. The season will culminate with a weekend to weekend service blitz from April 16th-23rd called Serve Our Schools. We believe that churches serving schools really can bring about transformation in communities. Check out our 2016 Season of Service promo video below to see the vision behind this new season.

Upcoming Event: MLK Celebration Service and March
Each year, Season of Service kicks off with this great community celebration. The MLK Celebration Service unites people throughout the Sacramento area and invites them to celebrate—and be challenged by— Martin Luther King, Jr.’s vision of racial diversity, reconciliation, and harmony. It has grown annually, with over 2,000 people from more than 100 churches attending. Join us this evening and the following morning for the Capitol March for the Dream. Meet at 9:00am at Hughes Stadium at Sac City College and march with the faith community to the Sacramento Convention Center. And don't forget to stop by Serve United's booth at the Diversity Expo once you get there! It's going to be a wonderful weekend of celebration and unity.
