From Rushed to Relaxed

Numerous scientific studies have proven that yoga can positively impact academic performance and overall health. Kids become more focused, acquire skills to relax, and improve overall strength and flexibility. In this yoga class specially made for kids ages 8-12, we will explore ways to become strong young people through yoga. We will use yoga poses, breath work, and cooperative games to build strong bodies, minds, and spirits. Your child will benefit by learning to cope with stress while building self-esteem.
