porphyria or hereditary coproporphyria is a genetic disorder that you can get from birth and is caused by a cell having difficulty making heme which is a protein found in certain muscles

PORPHYRIA symptoms

-sensitivity to light causing blisters and scarring

-problems with your neural system (seizures, mental disturbances, nerve damage (or as i call it, brain-pain)

-avoid all types of alcohol

-avoid certain drugs to avoid attacks

-avoid injuring skin

-avoid sunlight as much as possible and use sunscreen whenever you go outside

-eat a diet high in carbohydrates.
