Program Highlights

On Tuesday, November 27, a group of Carter students, along with teacher Jessica Shammami and counselor Lisa Stabile, attended the Macomb Diversity Summit sponsored by the Skillman Foundation. The Summit's objective is to facilitate productive dialogue about race, diversity and culture. It is designed to provide a safe and constructive forum for student discussion and to enlist youth leaders in promoting and embracing multiculturalism and inclusiveness. Pictured below are the attendees of the Summit.

Pictured below are some of the "helping hands" purchased by Carter students during lunch periods to help less fortunate families in the Carter community. Students take pride in being a part of good deeds, particularly during the holiday season.
