Cell Organelles

Cell Theory
1. All Living things are made of cells
2. Cells come from other living cells
3. Cells are the basic units of structure and carry out functions.
Eukaryotic Cells
Eukaryotic Cells are cells that are cells that have membrane bound organelles and these cells have a nucleus.
Prokaryotic
Prokaryotic cells are cells that do not have membrane bound organelles. Also these cells do not have a nucleus.
Body Organization
Cell-Tissue-Organ-Organ System
Animal Cell and Plant Cell
Animal cells are Eukaryotic because those cells have a nucleus they also do have membrane bound organelles. Plant cells look like building blocks the have a cell wall and they are also eukaryotic because they have a nucleus and they have membrane bound organelles.
Organelles
Nucleus
The nucleus is found in Eukaryotic cells and if controls the cell and runs everything in the cell.
Cell Wall
The cell wall is like a protective shield for the cell so it does not get damaged.
Cytoplasm
A jelly like substance that holds that organelles in place so they will not float around.
Ribosomes
Ribosomes are round things in a cell that make proteins and they are in prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells.
