Arrival and Dismissal Tips
Please keep the following in mind for our Car Rider line:
- Be sure to keep one lane open prior to the car line moving in order to maintain staff and emergency vehicle access.
- Make sure students have their masks and materials ready to go
- Students must enter and exit the vehicle from the driver's side.
- Display the purple hang tag (sent home with students) for pick up.
- Parents and guardians, please stay in the car and our staff will come to you to help students. Thank you!

Breakfast and Lunch are Free!
That being said, we ask that everyone complete the free and reduced form for this school year as these numbers impact our school funding and supports that we have access to.

The Scholastic Book Fair will be taking place this fall from September 27th to October 1st. Your child/children will be visiting the book fair during their library class. There will be no evening hours for the book fair this fall.
A new option for students and families this year is the eWallet. Book Fair eWallet is a digital payment option that’s a safe, convenient alternative to cash. It's easy to create an eWallet for students to shop the Fair. The account owner simply adds funds and/or invites family and friends to contribute. At the time of checkout, the eWallet account can be looked up on the register or scanned for payment.
After the Fair, remaining eWallet funds are not returned to a credit card but instead, become a gift card balance that can be used online with Scholastic or to fund an eWallet for a future Book Fair. Be sure to sign in with the same email used to create the eWallet.
This book fair will benefit the Hugh Cole Library, and therefore all students attending Hugh Cole. Money will be used to purchase new and exciting fiction and non-fiction books, as well as graphic novels.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We look forward to having your child/children at the Fall Scholastic Book Fair!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Courtney Bosco - courtney.bosco@bwrsd.org
Ms. Katharine Barker - katharine.barker@bwrsd.org
