Health Strengths
Physical Health
I do lacrosse, water skiing, snow ski racing, field hockey, and track. I like to do these sports because they keep me active and healthy.
Mental Health
When I have stress I like to water ski because it makes me relax and I love to ski so it is fun.
Social Health
I think it is important to have a good relationship with your friends and family. My relationship with my friends is strong we can all rely on each other and trust one another. My relationship with my family is also strong we all care about each other and love one another.

Favorite Healthy Foods
I like to eat lots of fruits such as: pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, raspberries, grapes, pears, and many more. I also like some vegetables such as: red peppers, green peppers, cucumber, lettuce, broccoli, carrots, corn, peas, and much more. I like to eat fruits and vegetable because it makes me feel better, and I know it is better than eating junk food.
