41 South Volleyball Club TEAM EXPECTATIONS

As we have had a handful of great practices under our belts, please be mindful of the 41 South Volleyball Club Team Expectations in the future. 41 South Volleyball Club have these expectations to ensure that we are a TEAM and that we work together to reach our common goal. Remember 41 South is based on 4 core values and 1 common goal: Integrity, Communication, Dedication, Discipline, and UNITY as our common goal.

Team Expectations:

-Be on time for practices/conditioning. Be dressed and ready to help set up nets and warm up for practices.

-If you are going to be late or absent from practice, please call/text/email/group me your coach PRIVATELY to let her know of the situation. Players must contact their coaches!!!

-Conditioning is apart of your player responsibilities. Missed conditioning without a valid excuse will result in a one set suspension from the next tournament!

-Bullying is NEVER allowed at 41 South Volleyball Club!!

-TIME MANAGEMENT.. you are student-athletes, so start managing your time NOW!! Missing practices for Homework is not a valid excuse. Every effort should be made to manage homework because your absence hurts not only individual development, but also the development of the entire team.

TEXT IN GROUP ME THAT YOU HAVE COMPLETED THESE VIDEOS!!!!

Looking for Videographers for 17s?????? (14-16s Optional)

Anyone get any new gadgets for Christmas that they would like to video your athlete and her team's games with? These videos are helpful for game critique, form mechanics, team bonding, and even will be useful in getting your athlete video footage for college scouts. Please let me know if you would like to do this. Am offering free admission to the tournaments in exchange for this!

"Video taping yourself is a great method of getting a realistic view of your form, technique, and mechanics. Although many athletes say they have good awareness of their body, they are still able to identify flaws and refine their skills by watching video of their practice or game sessions. Sometimes subtle mechanical flaws are not felt or players do not realize anything is wrong until they can see it for themselves."

PRIVATE AND GROUP LESSONS ARE COMING SOON!!!

Make sure to check the website (www.41southvolleyball.com) for updates about private lessons or group lessons.

Be sure to check these out to further your volleyball development.
