Bulldog families,

I hope this letter finds you well and that the start of the year has been wonderful for you and your children. We are thrilled to have our students back in the classrooms, eager to learn and grow together. As we settle into the new school year, I wanted to take a moment to remind everyone about our dress code policy. It has come to our attention that there have been some instances of midriffs showing, which is not in line with our guidelines. We kindly request your support in ensuring that your students leave the house dressed appropriately and in accordance with our dress code. To help you, we have included a dress code infographic for reference.

In the interest of safety, it is mandatory for all students to have their IDs with them at Memorial and all Edmond events. There will be no exceptions. Additional district guidelines for safety at Edmond events will be pushed out this coming Tuesday. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, as it helps us maintain a secure environment for all.

I would also like to bring your attention to some important dates. The last day to drop AP classes is on September 13th. Please note that parental, teacher, and administrative approval is required for any drop requests. Additionally, the last day for any schedule changes will be on September 15th. After this date, we will be unable to accommodate any further schedule changes as it may impact students' ability to earn credit.

We truly value the partnership between our school and our families. It is through this collaboration that we can create a nurturing and supportive environment for our students. We are excited about the year ahead and look forward to working together to ensure a successful academic journey for your children

We will be on Advisory Schedule until September 11th. This allows us time for various assemblies and class meetings. Starting September 11th, we will use the Non-Advisory Schedule every Monday & Friday, and the Advisory Schedule every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
