We are 1 week away from our first 'Music on Chicago' night!
We still have slots to fill for volunteers to set-up at 11am, or tear-down at 10:45pm. Volleyball and Boys Basketball are in charge so if you have students on those teams, please sign up with the link below. We need at least 10 people (students, adults, alumni) at both time slots. The link has been opened up so anyone can volunteer.

WHAT IS IT?
We are happy to report, that over the past few weeks, we have been working with the organizers of 'Music on Chicago' and have secured this wonderful 'fundraiser' again. This time, Aquin Athletics will be in charge of the volunteer crews. This year it will bring $1400 to Aquin Athletics (the June event will be shared with the group who trains us), and every year after, it will bring $1500. Woo Hoo!!!
HOW WILL IT WORK?
We have created a sign-up sheet for each crew needed each day and each night. Berin Jackson, Aquin Senior High Athletic Director, is the head contact for each event, and Senior High Head Coaches will be the designated adults in charge at each event. In addition to these adults, 10-12 student athletes are needed for each crew.
- June 7: Set-Up at 11am
- June 7: Tear-Down at 10:45pm
- July 5: Set-Up at 11am
- July 5: Tear-Down at 10:45pm
- August 2: Set-Up at 11am
- August 2: Tear-Down at 10:45pm

- mark the time on your personal calendar so you don't forget to come!

The work involved with these events does require 'some muscle', something we know all Aquin athletes have. Volunteers will be moving tables, chairs, parts of stages, etc.
We are a very small workforce--and we realize that families have vacations scheduled over the summer. If an athlete cannot be present on a specific date with their team, he or she is expected to sign up for one of the other two dates.
Coaches will be using their team's REMIND group to communicate the event with their athletes and to encourage them to sign up. Parents or alumni are also welcome to help.
