Multiplying 2 x 1 digits
This week I sent out a video about partial products. While this is a great way to do multiplication, the team and the class has decided to focus on only ONE method. This method is the BOX method. I've included a video explaining how it is done.
Common Core Box Method Multiplication
Your student may turn the numbers a different way. For example putting the 21 on the left side and the 7 on the top. The result is the same no matter what. Hope this helps!
