The Food Boat is back. If you have any non-perishable items you would be willing to donate, the boat will be docked in our main lobby during the month of March.

Invention Convention
On Saturday, March 4, 2023, 11 students from Prudence Crandall School participated in the Enfield Invention Convention at JFK middle school. These students completed a 13-week after-school program where they learned about the invention process, and created inventions that solved real-world problems. These students developed ideas, researched solutions, and made a prototype of their inventions. They prepared a display and a speech for the judges that explained their invention. This program takes hard work and dedication. Mrs. Bruce and Mrs. James are so proud of these students who made it to the finish line! Congratulations to third graders: Miles Henderson, Janine Almero, and Raelyn Fauteux, Fourth Graders: Charlie Tammaro, June Hamilton, Allison Twarog, and Cameron Mcintosh, Fifth Graders: Asher St. Peter, Evann Rich, Madison Griffin, and Kennedy Raymond.
A special congratulations to Cameron McIntosh and Charlie Tammaro, who were chosen to compete at the regional level. We are excited to see how far they go with their awesome ideas.
Kid Mayor on Duty
Kid Mayor, Tristen, has been hard at work this year performing all the duties before him. He was tasked with introducing our special guests at Enfield's First Reader Celebration at JFK on Monday night. Keep up the great work Tristen.
5th Grade Reading Celebrations
5th Grade celebrated the end of a unit on author studies and literary essays. Thank you to all the parents who attended to help us instill the love of reading and the value of education in all of the children!
Also, a special shout-out to all of our Central Office administration who continue to support what we do as educators!
