MES Family Newsletter
I hope everyone had a wonderful spring break! We have been working hard to reestablish school and classroom routines after the long break. It is so hard to believe we are at this point in the school year. The end of the third quarter is this Friday, March 31st. This is a great time to talk with your child(ren) to set goals for the last nine weeks of the school year!
Please mark your calendars for MES Chick-Fil-A night scheduled for Wednesday, April 5th from 5:00-7:00 pm. Please mention MES when you order in the drive-thru or while dining in! Chick-Fil-A is currently closed for renovations. Our fundraiser night will be rescheduled if the restaurant is not yet open.

Library Info from Ms. Breeden!
The MES Book Club is back by popular demand! A bright orange form came home before Spring Break in grades 2-5 outlining the details. If your family signed up for the MES Book Club, your child should have received his/her book this past week. If not, please let me know as soon as possible.
The Scholastic Book Fair will also be back the week of April 17-21. We will be doing Lunch with a Lion again that week. Make plans now to come eat lunch with your child(ren) during that week and then visit the Book Fair before heading back to class. We will also have after school book fair shopping hours on Thursday, April 20 from 3-6pm. Proceeds from the book fair are how the library maintains funds to purchase books for circulation. Be on the lookout for book fair flyers and Lunch with a Lion forms to come home soon. If you are interested in volunteering to help with the book fair, please click on the Spring Book Fair Signup Genius link to sign up.
Please be sure to check out our MES Library Website! and Destiny Discover Tutorial video.
