We are pleased to announce our Citizens of the Month for September.
These students have worked hard all month to uphold the values of our RO Constitution.
Our school community is pROud of these students and their commitment to RO.
RO Boosterthon Results
Thank you all so much for supporting RO's Boosterthon Fun Run. You truly exceeded all our expectations!
Now that the R.O. Fun Run is over, we’ve calculated that Richardson Olmsted has a raised over $64,617 to fund our PTA budget and to help with the new RO Playground initiative! THAT IS AMAZING!
Here are our final stats:
Countries: 9 (Australia, Canada, Cape Verde, China, Colombia, Ecuador, Ireland, Portugal, United States)
Registration %: 83
Participation %: 76
Again, we thank you so much for your kindness and generosity in support of our students and staff. We are planning to allocate a significant portion of these funds for improvements to our playground as well as toward reducing field trip costs for families, enrichment programming, field days, a book vending machine for our lobby and supporting our teachers with appreciation luncheons and materials for their classrooms.

We plan to take class photos this year so please ensure your student is in school and refrain from dismissing your student, if avoidable. Pictures will be taken from 8:50am through 12:30pm or so.
After School Robotics Program: 10/26-12/21
Join the Iron Tigers, Oliver Ames' Robotics team, for 8 weeks of exciting robot building and STEM activities. Get to know the high schoolers who will represent OA at the FIRST robotics competitions this year. Students will walk away with an understanding of how to build, program and manipulate a robot as well as have a take home product each week.
This is a fundraiser that supports Iron Tigers. A typical season costs the team around $25,000. We fundraise all of that through programs like this and generous donations from companies. High school team members will pick students up at Richardson Olmsted at the end of their day and they will be walked to the high school. Parents will pick up outside the cafeteria at 5 PM
Snack will be provided
Sign up is a first come first serve.
Registration will open at 6 PM on October 17, 2022
and will close when class is full

Student Activity Fee
In order to help defray/cover the costs of transportation and entrance/registration fees for enrichment activities, the Easton Public School system has been collecting activity fees. Because of these fees, our district is also able to send our students to Sheep Pasture/NRT for enriching outdoor learning throughout the year. It is a valuable and unique learning opportunity for our students.
The elementary fee structure is $45.00 for grades 1-6.
For your convenience, payment can be made through the following website: www.myschoolbucks.com. If you are only able to pay by check, please make the check payable to Easton Public Schools and in the memo, please indicate it is for the student activity fee and include your child’s name. We do not accept any cash payments. Please ensure you do not pay more than once. Unfortunately, the system does not prevent this.
Please do NOT use the MySchoolBucks app. It is not functioning properly at this time.
Please note: Students who are on free/reduced lunch are exempt from this fee.
