One Month?!
Wow!! I can't believe a month of school has already gone by! I am very lucky to have such a great class and enjoy teaching them everyday. I am DONE with testing, yay!!!! Please keep an eye out for an email about parent-teacher conferences. Looking into the fall we have a lot of fun activities to keep us learning! As always, please email or call with any questions!
Spanish Class
Spanish Volunteer Teacher needed for our class!
I am looking for a parent volunteer who would like to come once a week to teach basic Spanish to our class. We have the material and the resources, we just need an enthusiastic parent (or grandparent) with basic knowledge of Spanish. If you are interested please let me know!
Specials Info.
I know there have been questions about our crazy specials schedule! When should my child wear tennis shoes? What day is library? We are on a 6 day rotation (skipping the early release days and holidays.) Please see my website for a specials calendar. I will update it monthly. Thanks!
Run Club!!
There was a great turn-out for run club! In fact, there were so many kids that 2nd/3rd and 4th/5th need to be split up. Run Club for 2nd/3rd grades will be the first and third Thursdays of the month. It's not too late to sign up! They are collecting forms until the end of September. Please see Coach Pando or Coach Bean for more info.
