Challenges and Solutions
Challenges and Solutions:
Some challenges that I faced being an international business lawyer is that it is very stressful and has a lot of travel involved. To begin with the first challenge for me being an international business lawyer is that it is very stressful. It is hard because there are a lot of deadlines and a lot of long days in the office. This results in lack of sleep and lack of time with family and friends. Another problem that occurs when you are a international business lawyer is that it has a lot of travel involved. This requires a lot of time and a lot of lonely nights. This cuts down time with family and friends, and time that you can be using to get your work done. Another challenged that I faced being an international business lawyer is that it requires a lot of reading and a lot of drafts. I have to sit at my table reading the same document for two hours trying to find a loop hole and etc. Finally the last challenged that I faced being an international business lawyer is that it is hard to get companies to sign with you. This is hard because they have to trust you and you must have more degrees that other lawyers. These are some challenges that occurred for me days to day as an international business lawyer. Some solutions for these issues are that I do not take stress pills, and I try not to procrastinate my work. This is because then I feel no stress and I can do my work properly without feeling any pressure. Another solution to these challenges are to travel for short trips. Firms sign international lawyers to short term deals, these means small international trips. These are some solutions to my problems as an international lawyer.
Reflection
Reflection
My reflection on this assignment is that it is very helpful to students in grade 10 as it shows them the different career paths available and what direction they should go in. They should continue as it helps teaches students what career pathway they should take and gives them an idea of what they want to become. This helped me a lot as it helped show me what I want to become in the future and help show me what courses I have to take in grade 11 and 12 to become an international business lawyer. It also showed me what University is the best for my pathway. To conclude this assignment is very beneficial to students as it helps show them the pathways available for them.
