Titanic
The Death of a Titan
1898..
14 years before the Titanic tragedy, Morgan Robertson published a novel titled 'Futility'. This fictitious novel was about the largest ship ever built hitting an iceberg in the Atlantic Ocean on an April night. The fictional ship (named Titan) and the real ship Titanic were both designed similarly and their tragedies were remarkably alike. Both of the ships had been labeled unsinkable.
Quicker Facts..
