Faculty Meeting

Google Login Required
At our faculty meeting next Thursday, we will be meeting in Andy Reuter's room. During the meeting, we will be using Chromebooks to join an online Google Classroom I created where I am the teacher and you all will be the "students." This will allow me to begin assigning you work for end of the year process. I don't know how many documents I will transition to Google, but we will start with the self reflection sheet, which will be due by Spring Break. This will allow me to begin writing summatives over break.
Now, by doing this, you will begin getting familiar with Google Docs and Google Classroom. I envision our district moving in this direction in the very near future. We will discuss the benefits of this move at the faculty meeting. I assure you that it will not be too difficult and at the end of the day, you will most definitely look back and realize the benefits that Google Drive, Docs and Classroom has to offer.
Leading up to the faculty meeting next Thursday, it is REQUIRED that you know how to log into Google. Every staff member was set up with a Google login at the beginning of the year, whether you were told about it or not. Many of you, through Christy's Tech Lab, have already logged in and changed passwords. If you have not logged in before, the default password is memorial.
BEFORE THURSDAY, you need to log into Google so you know your username (which is your email address) and your password. If you have any questions about this, please see Christy.
Thank you.
