Help us provide blood to area hospitals for local families and friends, and raise money for our new playground at the same time! A Vitalant Blood Mobile will be in the Palouse Prairie parking lot on Friday, 1/31 from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. We need a minimum number of donors for our Blood Drive to succeed, so please sign up for a time slot to donate blood.
Fill out the above Health History Questionnaire in advance on the day of the Blood Drive. Print it out or save it on your phone to share with the collection team when you arrive.
