Tools for schools

Volunteering at the school

If you would like to be a volunteer for the upcoming year please fill out the form found in this link. If you have filled this out in the past and your volunteer card has not expired, you do not need to fill another one out.

Mystery Readers

Kids LOVE being read to! Every other Friday we will host a Mystery Reader. Mystery Readers can be parents, grandparents, siblings, or other family members. This will be a 10-15 minute time block. You can bring in your favorite children's book….fiction, non-fiction, poetry, etc. If you're not sure what to bring, I can find a book for you, or you can read a chapter from our read aloud book. If you are interested in signing up for a Mystery Reader date, just send me a quick message.

Transportation changes

So far, this class is doing fabulous with this! THANK YOU!!!

All transportation changes must be made via note or email. Please be sure to put your child's first and last name, your name, the date, your child's grade level and teacher's name when writing the note/email. All of this information is required when we send the note/email to the office. Please understand we are not allowed to make transportation changes via phone…this is a safety precaution.

New School Food Rule

Please take note that our school has implemented a new food rule due to the large number of children we have with food allergies. ANY and ALL treats or snacks that are sent in for the entire class must be store bought and brought in with a label. No homemade goodies will be allowed.

Giggle Corner

What music are balloons afraid of?

Pop music

Why did the computer go to the doctor?

Because it had a virus

Thank you, Abby P., for these great jokes!!

I know this is gross, however....

In order to keep our building as germ free as possible it is important that you understand that children must be diarrhea free, vomit free, and fever free (without fever reducing medication) for 24 hours before they can return to school.
