Greeting Clearwater Elementary STEAM Families,
Please see all the wonderful and amazing things that happened at Clearwater this week! I would like to thank everyone for working together to bring these wonderful events to our students and community.
Friday, October 13th is a Staff Professional Development Day.
Students do not attend school on Friday.
CLEARWATER COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS
National Walk to School Day
On Wednesday, we had Clearwater's Walk to School Day. Thank you to all the families who joined us in this community-building event that began at the corner of Murrieta Road and Citrus. Thank you to the Perris Traffic Officers, Perris High School Cheerleaders, and Larry the Lion for supporting our event.
Special thanks to Ms. Baker for organizing this wonderful event!

FRIDAY FLAG @ CLEARWATER
What a fabulous Friday Flag we had today! Special shout out to our Friday Flag crew, Ms. Pucelli and Mr. Ochoa! Please check out the above video to view our Friday Flag video clips. We had dances, a parade, awards, and student body government campaign speeches! It was a wonderful day to be a Clearwater Dolphin!
Special thanks to Mr. Vazquez and Ms. Samantha Dobson for preparing our students for this event! Thank you, Kinder team, for participating in the parade! TEAMWORK!

Instruction begins at 8am. Please plan to arrive by 7:50am to ensure your student can be in class, ready to learn, when the bell rings!

DISMISSAL PROCEDURES
You should have already received your child's name plate for your dashboard. Please continue to ensure the safety and quick dismissal of our students by doing the following.
- When in the pick up loop, place your student's color name plate on your dash.
- Wait in your car, we will call for your child.
- Be patient; safety and security is our main priority.
- Move up to accommodate more cars when in the pick-up loop.
- DO NOT get out of your car when in the pick-up loop (STAFF WILL CALL FOR YOUR STUDENT).
REMEMBER: Tuesday is Early Release for all students K-6
