Coming Up Next Week...

School Pictures will be taken on Monday, October 19th. Students will wear school uniforms for pictures.

School is dismissed at 11:30am on Tuesday, October 20th for Parent/Teacher Conferences. I will be sending home your conference time by the end of this week. Please look for it in your child's folder.

We will be attending the Rainbow Mass in Owensboro on Thursday, October 22nd. This is a special Mass with Bishop Medley that is attended by all the schools in the Diocese of Owensboro. Students will need to bring their lunch with a drink or purchase a sack lunch in the cafeteria. We will be traveling by bus with the other students in 2nd - 8th grades. Students will wear their uniforms.

Mass Offering

Just a reminder that if your child would like to bring money to put in the collection basket at Mass, they may bring it on Mondays or Tuesdays before Mass. I have collection envelopes in the classroom for them to use. Students may also write a special prayer intention and put in the collection basket.

October Mass Offerings will be given to the Human Society.

Ice Cream at Lunch

Ice cream may be purchased on Wednesdays and Fridays for 2nd grade students.

Please remember to pack a snack for your child. We are always grateful for snacks given to the class for when one doesn't have a snack. We don't want anyone left out. Thanks! :)
