This week in the Gray Dolphin room...
Happy New Year Gray Dolphins!! What a wonderful first week back at St. Martin's Episcopal.
This weekly newsletter will be sent out every Friday and will replace our Daily Notes. A note will not be sent home unless we feel a child needs a specific note.
This week and next week we will start discussing everything there is to know about our Five Senses. We will also start introducing handwriting!
Important Dates and Reminders
- Please send in two cardboard toilet paper rolls per child by next week!!
- Don't forget to sign your children in and out every day.
- Please put your child's name on his or her jacket.

Saturday, February 13th is the I ❤️ SMEP Gala
Sense of smell spice hand!
The children loved smelling the different spices. Cinnamon and cocoa powder were big hits!
Sense of touch piggy!
The children used their fingers to paint the muddy piggy with a cocoa powder and glue mixture.
Sense of taste
The children loved trying sweet, salty, and sour foods. Of course, sweet was the favorite!!

The children loved feeling the different textures. Hard, soft, bumpy, squishy, etc.
