Prom Is This Friday!!!!!!!
Prom Dress Code and more Info
You and your date must be cleared of fines to purchase tickets! Prom is a formal event. NO JEANS OR OTHER CASUAL ATTIRE WILL BE ALLOWED. Gentlemen or Ladies, are to wear a tux coat, tux pants, a dress shirt, tie, or a dress suit (jacket and matching pants) dress shirt and tie. Cowboy hats, top hats, and other formal headwear may be worn. Ladies are to wear a formal dress or suit. Ladies should not wear dresses that are too revealing or too short. No attire is permitted that could be considered any type of costume. Students will not be allowed entry if they do not meet the dress code. They will be turned away without a refund. A great deal of time and money is invested to make this a special, formal activity with special memories for the students. No one will be allowed to detract from that. If you are bringing a date that is a NON-AHS student, you will need to fill out the Non-AHS student form. These will be available on Monday, March 22 online and outside CM 216. You will need to bring and turn in the form, completed at the time of ticket purchase. All dates must be between the ages of 14 and 20 years old.
The health and safety of our students is our top priority; therefore, the wearing of masks will be mandatory at prom.

The hours to pick up are 7:00 am-12:30 pm and 1:30 pm -4:00 pm.
Also, we are aware the tassel is the wrong orange. We are waiting to get new ones from Balfour to correct the problem.

Project Graduation Lock-In Information
Seniors your big night is almost here!
After graduation Project Graduation will host an all-night lock-in event at Urban Air for ALL 2021 Alvin High School Seniors. To attend you must meet at AHS Gym 3 to check in with Project Graduation. We will transport you via bus to the event. EVERYONE will walk away with prizes that night (big screen tv, game consoles, gift cards, computers, laptops, Bluetooth speakers, bikes.... and so many more amazing prizes). In order to reserve your spot on the bus, you will need to pay a deposit of $10, this will be refunded the night of the event.
You must fill out the google form and pay the deposit to complete your registration.
If you do not show up the night of there is no refund on your$10 deposit. We thank you for your donation to project graduation.

SENIOR SERVE INFOMATION
Reserve your tables starting today.
We will take payments at all parent meetings, or you can use our PayPal account to make payments if you can not make our meetings.
Join us for a great night celebrating our seniors of 2021. When you reserve a table, you are responsible for decorating the table. Your senior will host and serve the table. The tables are $150. A full meal with drinks for a party of 8 is included
This is our last Senior fundraiser to support the Project Graduation event. Along with the meal there will be both silent and live auctions.
Each senior should provide an auction item for the event. It can be anything you choose. For example a custom-built ice cooler, or a BBQ pit, a homemade dessert, a store-bought cake, you can even auction your time, mowing grass, babysitting time, washing cars.... be creative and have fun with the auction.
This event has the potential to earn over $10,000!!! Please help us make it sucessful!
A sucessful Senior Serve means more fabulous prized at our Project Graduation event.

Seniors will take finals early and will not have to return to school after graduation.
EACH GRADUATE WILL RECEIVE 10 TICKETS TO GIVE TO FAMILY and FRIENDS.
MANDATORY Graduation Practice will be held on 5/26/21 at 9:00 am.
