Big picture

Virtual Learning Update: Biweekly Starting in January

This virtual learning update will be sent biweekly beginning in January.

K-5th Launch Specials Courses

Due to an overwhelming response from K-5th parents across the state, Launch's K-5th specials classes will be reduced to three classes, Art, Music, and PE. Information Literacy and Coding have been dropped from the Launch course offerings. Launch shared that the amount of time spent in specials classes did not coincide with a full elementary schedule. Thank you for understanding.

Spring 2021 Launch Elementary Workbook Distribution

Supplemental workbooks will be provided for Launch students in grades K-3rd only. Launch has had a delay in shipping the elementary workbooks to students. Workbooks for our virtual students are being shipped to students' home addresses this week.

K-5th Supply Kits Coming Soon!

Launch is providing school supply kits for K-5th students for the Spring semester. These kits include basic school supplies for students to use with all Launch courses. These supply kits will be shipped to the students' district for distribution. Watch for information soon regarding pick up locations and times. If you have received information from your child's Launch Art course teacher regarding a supply/art kit, this is the kit they are referring to.

6th Spring Semester Art and Music Supplies -AVAILABLE BEGINNING THIS THURSDAY, JANUARY 14

6th grade art supplies for Mr. Rose's Spring semester art course will be available for pick up at Summit Intermediate beginning this Thursday, January 14th in the vestibule. Summit Intermediate hours are 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. The boxes are all the same and are not marked with the students' names. Each 6th grade virtual art student will need to pick up one box.

Included in the box will also be the recorder needed for Ms. Winnie's 6th grade Spring semester music course.

If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Rose, or Ms. Winnie,
