First Ever Spectra Family Night
Thursday, November 20th 6:00-7:30
Don't Miss This!
This is a night for us to get to know each other as a Spectra community. Within a grade level or classroom, parents and families often develop relationships. We are lucky to live in the same community and while I know you, many of you may not know each other.
The entire family is welcome for this event. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, please bring your favorite pie to share. If that pie is bakery made or store bought, no worries! We are just enjoying each other's company. I will have some coffee and milk to accompany the sweets. We will enjoy pie until 6:45 and then have an activity (that involves neither eggs or marshmallows) with photos.
Therefore, some pictures (printed or on a phone, tablet or ipad) about what your family associates with community would be appreciated. Community means something different to each of us so the perimeters of community are deliberately left vague.
At 7:15 we will have our showcase and that will conclude our evening. I will also have our resource library available for you to sign out books. I look forward to seeing all of our families get to know each other.
