HANDBOOK REMINDER: Personal Electronic Devices
"Students are not permitted to bring non-school issued devices without permission. If permission is granted, cell phones and other devices should be turned off and out of sight during the school day and may only be used with permission from a faculty or staff member. unauthorized use of these devices will result in these items being confiscated and turned in to the office. Once confiscated, these items will have to be retrieved by parents."
Our goal is to protect the learning environment by eliminating distractions like phones, smart watches, i-pads, etc. We ask that you please leave these devices at home so your children can focus on learning and building friendships with their classmates.
If you have any questions or need clarification, please reach out to your homeroom teacher.
STEM Discovery Program for 3rd - 5th Grade
In each classroom I have seen leadership grow significantly. At the end of each challenge I have been having the Project Manager stand up in front of the class and report to their classmates about their design and team challenges. They have grown in their ability to articulate and communicate with their classmates. I can see their confidence grow every challenge.
A HUGE SHOUTOUT AND "THANK YOU" TO ONE OF OUR PATRIOT PARENTS, MRS. BESKE-ATIGA, FOR VOLUNTEERING HER TIME AND TALENTS TO MAKE OUR STEM PROGRAM POSSIBLE!!
