Athlete Parent Night

Monday, Aug. 4th, 6:30pm

MHS Auditorium

All MHS athletes and a parent/guardian are required to attend our annual parent meeting. The meeting will feature talks by our principal, athletic director, and certified athletic trainer.

Student Parking Passes

Seniors can pick up parking applications beginning on Thursday, July 31 in the Main Office. Juniors can pick up parking applications beginning on Thursday, August 7 in the Main Office.

**New this year** Parking spaces are numbered and students can only park in their assigned spot in the assigned lot.

LAPTOP DEPLOYMENT!

All 4th-12th grade students will receive their laptops the week BEFORE school starts this year. Each student and a parent/guardian is required to attend a deployment training at the Magnolia Campus during the times below:

Monday, August 18: 8:30am-7:30pm

Tuesday, August 19: 8:30am-7:30pm

Wednesday, August 20: 8:30am-7:30pm

Saturday, August 23: 10:00am-3:30pm

**Reminder**Students must bring their school-issued book bag to the training and take care of all fines/fees before they will be issued their laptop.

Meet Mr. Royal

Greetings! My name is Michael Royal and I am the principal of Mooresville High School. 2014-2015 will be my 4th year as the principal, but it will be my 14th year as an educator at MHS. I began here teaching math in 2001 and moved up to be an assistant principal in 2008. My wife, Mary, is a school counselor at Mooresville Middle School and we have a daughter, Mary Connelly, who just turned two in May.
