Principal's Message
Dear Wildcats,
My dears- let's celebrate each other, let's model for our kids how we compliment each other. I can't wait to hear compliments flying around our school to celebrate how great, inspiring, and important we are. Share your compliments by taping some compliments on people's doors. Those words are extra important to lift each other's spirits!

Staff Shout-Outs
- 2nd grade was awesome during Thursday PLC last week; Mrs. Urrutia got her team started and made their math assessment on Friday and loaded it!
- Monday PLCs went well and I highlight K-2nd for coming so super prepared!
- Thursday PLCs- shout out to Kinder and 4th grade- your pre-planning and discussion was evident.
- Ashley Lopez- shout out as you were observed going to the next step with Mastery Connect.
- Mr. Cabrera- shout out for being observed using mastery connect within the week with Kinder kiddos!
- Bea- she's always very flexible and she puts in her all behind the scenes. :)
- All the folks at Walker gate on Friday! With folks out, you made it work and got it done- student safety first!
- Kinder, 2nd, and 5th for being extremely flexible by splitting classes, taking over classes to cover for people out on Friday. You rule!
- Berryman, Bea, & Olga for making sure we got our Chick-Fil-A meals and drinks for Friday! You made our day!
- Berryman, Bea, Olga, Adriana, and Karen- for stepping it up to cover the front office as busy as it was last week.
- Elizabeth and Katie for making sure our subs have what they need, cover for teachers needing coverage, and everything else in between!
- 1st and 3rd- It is extremely evident your kids are on it in the cafeteria! I passed out double paws... model classes: Pachuca, Klauer, Luna, & Barron! Wow!
I know there are many unsung heroes out there that I did not get to mention. If you see someone out there going above and beyond and want me to recognize them on cat tracks, please send me an email.
PBIS and Project Class
Project Class: Spread the Word!!!! Pan Dulce with the Principal on Thursday, Nov. 9th at two different times...9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Tell your students to tell their parents to come out and learn about our Project Class skills. Flyers and a call out will also happen before Thursday.
PBIS: Congrats to those who earned their 3 paws this week. We have more and more classes earning their paws, which reflects the great things you are doing with your class. I have had teachers ask, so to clarify, teachers are responsible for giving their class weekly rewards for earning the three paws. I will reward after the 9 weeks.
Keep up the good work!
