Join us for a Luncheon at the NCAE Headquarters in Raleigh, as we recognize scholarship winners, NCAE Multicultural Art Contest winners and to network with community members who care about social justice and empowering young minds who dream and believe in their voice.
Cost of ticket $35 with proceeds going toward the scholarship fund.

Delegates for the 2016 convention are elected through their local affiliates. The deadline for local presidents to submit their list of convention delegates is February 10, 2016. Please contact your local president, April Cheuvront, at aprilcheuv@yahoo.com if you are interested in being a delegate.
