Sharon Renee Hill - Media Coordinator
Maria Zamudio Salazar - Parent Liaison
My name is Maria Magdalena Zamudio Salazar. I'm originally from Colombia, South America, I went to La Salle University in Bogota to pursue a degree in Social Work, also lived in Mamaroneck, New York for many years before moving to Raleigh North Carolina. I graduated as a Medical and Community Spanish Interpreter/Translator at Durham Tech Community College. My previous work before coming to Wrightsboro Elementary was at Durham Public Schools as a Parent Liaison for Burton Elementary School and the EC department as the interpreter for our spanish speaking families. I'm very passionate in assisting our community and very pleased to be here at Wrightsboro Elementary.
