How We Do it?

There is a way to train that moves the body towards optimal function and strength without the heartache. It involves carefully structured programs that can be changed to suit individual needs rather than trying to make the body change to suit the program. It involves an assessment process that gives the instructor a knowledge of individual variance with each participant's body, it involves allowing the body to adapt at its own pace and will, ideally, have participants educated on what sort of nutrition and lifestyle changes will allow for the quickest journey to a hot body that feels great to live in!
