Detox/Cleansing


Two strategies for improving and maintaining good health are getting nourishment and reducing or avoiding toxins. Strengthen the immune system: get daily probiotics and got bacteria flora to restore balance in your gut, intestine and immune colloidal silver herbs goldenseal.


The problem is that everyday we are being exposed to toxic environment, toxic products, and toxic food. We are literally being eaten alive by parasites.


We can reduce consuming toxic foods and products, such as processed foods, meat and dairy, GMOs, water with flouride. But we can’t completely avoid them. .


Some signs that you need a detox are: mood disorders, fatigue, insomnia, irritability, trouble thinking clearly, weight gain, hair or skin that are dull, frequent infections and viruses, sinus obstruction, cravings for processed greasy or sweet foods.


Even if you feel alright, everyone—male and females--have toxins, it’s impossible to avoid. If you are on medications, you are building up toxins (Dr. Andrew Saul’s definition of modern medicine; “The study of giving toxic products to malnourished bodies.”) What was most surprising to me was that I didn’t realize how toxic I was until I started to detoxify.


Therefore, we have to detoxify. It works best if it becomes a part of everyday life. It’s the only way.


Because toxic exposures accumulate in the body over the years. It will take time to remove these toxins. My progress seemed slow. Also, the body cannot by itself naturally detoxify some toxins, such as heavy metals. They remain in the brain, other tissues, in your muscles, under your skin, in your organs.


This requires some work, effort and some initial discomfort and may be very unpleasant. You might get headaches, skin rash, experience of lack of energy, nausea, irritability, or depression. You may feel like you’re getting worse instead of better. That’s why many people stop.


The result is to feel and get better, feel younger, have more energy and radiant heath. That made me want to keep going and feeling better and better. Detoxing by Limiting Intake, Replacing by Nutrition


Reduce and then eliminate as many sources of toxins intake as possible, such as meat and dairy (no organic milk), processed carbohydrates, like pasta and bread (no organic flour), sugars (e.g., jams that contain citric acids, mostly from China), salts (e.g., pink Bolivian salt contains much more fluoride than its Himalayan counterpart) and caffeine. Some things may be easier to reduce or eliminate than others.


Eliminating harmful and addicting products such as tobacco and alcohol may require more or a ‘cold turkey’ approach. The good thing to keep in mind is that as the addicting products are eliminated their addictive power subsides.


It’s also important to know that addictions to harmful products might actually result from deficiencies. And so by nourishing the body, deficiencies and cravings are reduced and eliminated.


Juicing can eventually enable people to get off of their long-term medications because not the body is getting everything it needs in a natural way.

Start juicing and drinking more clean, distilled water (2 quarts daily) at the same time as the intake of toxic products are stopped. Drink raw apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon per 12-ounce glasss, in the morning before you eat anything for at least 30-45 minutes, This will also produce a weight loss in 3-4 weeks.

Detox by Elimination


The way to start is slowly, to let the body adjust as it eliminates. The process has to be progressive. The organs can only handle a certain amount of poisons passing through them at a time.


It’s important to detox your organs in the following sequence, otherwise the toxins cannot go out and are re-absorbed by the bloodstream. You can end up poisoning yourself.




1. Bowel/Colon


Ninety percent of wastes get eliminated through the bowels. The other way wastes are eliminated is through the skin.
