Principal's Message
Dear SFX Family,
I would like to once again ask for your help in keeping our school community healthy and our students in school. Please do not send children to school when they are sick, even if you think it is a cold or allergies. In this time, we must assume that it is COVID first and seek medical attention. Additionally, if you or someone in your immediate family is planning to get a COVID test during the day, do not send your child/ren to school until you have the results of that test.
This week is Catholic Schools Week. We are having a great time celebrating with a spirit week! UPDATE: The Archdiocese of New Orleans Department of Catholic Education and Faith Formation has chosen Soles4Souls as a service project this year and is asking for our support. THIS THURSDAY, in conjunction with Pajama Day, students may wear crazy shoes with a donation of $1 to Soles4Souls. Please see the flyer below. Flip flops, high heels, and other backless shoes are prohibited.
Please remember that Thursday is an early dismissal day with no after school care for our monthly faculty/staff meeting. Progress Reports will also be sent home ahead of Parent Teacher Conferences. If you have not scheduled your time with your child's teachers for this Friday, please email them to do so.
May God bless you and keep you,
Jessica
