2016 Rhoades Family Reunion

July 14-17 2016

The Family is about to gather once again and we want you to be there.

This years organizers are the famous brother and sister duo Victoria and Richard (aka Vicki and Dusty). With a healthy assist from the fabulous support team of Rick and Terri. We are expecting great things from this dynamic duo and their team.

We can not get keys until 4:00. Plan on arriving after that time please.

The address is 6663 S. Boy Scout Road. You can use this address to get to the general area. But once you get to Boy Scout Road, please use the directions provided below.



Directions to The Bunkhouse @ Mama’s Ranch
From Phoenix, take I-17 north to I-40. Go west on I-40 towards Los Angeles. Take the Parks Exit #178. Turn left. Follow this road for about 8 miles. Take a left onto Boy Scout Road. Go to the VERY end of the fence line for Mama’s Ranch and turn left on a small dirt road. There is a sign with an arrow that says Mama’s Ranch Cabin Rentals. If you get to a signed road for Manterola Ranch, you have gone too far, turn around and go back a couple hundred yards. Follow the small road to the gate and turn in, go to the right towards the barn. The Bunkhouse is located behind The Guesthouse. It is the large building with the sign that says “Sam’s Place. Please do not park in front of The Guesthouse.

Breakfast and load up, head to the Valley

It takes a lot to Plan

We are expecting 40 to 50 family member to attend and it takes a lot to get a gathering together. We are asking that everyone share in the cost of the event. So to cover the cost of meals we are asking each family to contribute $20.00 per person to cover the cost of the 8 meals. That is a bargain compared to eating out at fast food where you will only get 2 meals for $20.

We will have some water, tea, and children's drinks.

This can be sent to either Vicki or Dusty more instructions will be coming soon as to when the send the fee.


We ask that you provide your own soda, beer,wine, or other special drinks. Along with any special snacks for yourself and children.

This years tee shirt is in the works! It will of course have Flagstaff Arizona on it. The cost will be $10.00 and $12.00 for Plus size Order information to follow
