Welcome to the Crosby Scholars Junior Program!
Welcome to the Crosby Scholars Junior Program! Junior year is an exciting time as you are one step closer to graduation and the college admission process. You should be enrolled in rigorous coursework and beginning to confirm your post-secondary plans. While junior year can be a busy time with increased commitment to school and extracurricular activities, Crosby Scholars is here to alleviate any stresses you might face by keeping you informed and getting you prepared for what lies ahead. However, it is up to you to utilize these resources to make yourself aware of all that lies ahead.
This newsletter, DestinationCollege2019, is published quarterly to keep you informed of activities, deadlines, and program opportunities. It is your responsibility to know deadlines and program requirements, so read your newsletter and log in to your Crosby Scholars student portal regularly to find out all the latest information.

CACRAO + WSFCS + Crosby Scholars = PSOS College Fair
The WS/FCS System, along with the Carolina Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (CACRAO), sponsors a college fair each fall called the Post-Secondary Opportunities Session (PSOS). The 2017 college fair will be held on Monday, October 2, 2017, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the Benton Convention Center in downtown, Winston-Salem. You are not required to stay for three hours; you will not need to pre-register to attend.
Approximately 125 colleges/universities are represented at this fair. Each college will have its own table and will be placed in alphabetical order. To help scholars navigate the college fair, a list of colleges and their table number is provided by the WS/FCS system and is available upon entering the fair. Additionally, the list is posted on the Crosby Scholars Programs website approximately one week prior to the fair. Parking is available in the parking deck. Be prepared to pay for parking. Several hundred students will attend this fair, so please allow extra time to enter and exit the parking deck. PSOS offers students the opportunity to interact with admission reps from North Carolina colleges as well as out-of-state colleges.
