Magical Moment Shout-Out
This week's Magical Moment Shout-Out goes out to our staff members who supported our Annual Guzick Community Event, "Chief on the Beat"! It was so heartwarming to see not only our Guzick families enjoying all of the free resources (free hair cuts, mammograms, food, give-aways, etc), but to see our Guzick Giant neighborhood kids, the kids who benefited from the safe weekend fun, was the icing on the cake!
Please join me in thanking the following staff members who showed up to support the event: Ms. Melendez, Ms. Trimble, Ms. Barrett, Ms. Williams, Ms. L. Wilson, Mrs. S. DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, MAY 25, 2018: TEI Roster Verification
We are at 23%. I will keep providing percentage updates until the 5/25/18 deadline.
TEI Roster Verification (TRV) provides teachers with the opportunity to review and verify the students they taught during the 2017-18 school year. TEI rosters display students that are eligible for inclusion in calculations of a teacher’s TEI achievement metrics. TRV is the only opportunity for teachers to ensure the rosters accurately reflect the students they taught.

Who participates in TRV?
All teachers with TEI courses (Category A/B teachers) will have rosters to review. A teacher’s primary evaluator is responsible for approving their rosters.
When does TRV take place?
TRV for teachers begins Thursday, May 10, and runs through Friday, May 25, at 5:00pm. After teachers submit rosters, principals will have until June 8 to approve them.
How do I submit my rosters?
Log on to MyData Portal and use the TEI Resources quick links box located near the top right corner of the page to navigate to your rosters and training materials. Training materials include a Quick Reference Card (QRC), written instructions, and video tutorial. Teachers who need additional assistance can sign up for a one-on-one telephone support session.
REMINDER: Teacher Timeliness
7:15am - Morning Duty
7:35am - Regular Teacher Clock-in Time
7:40am - Pick up students from morning arrival locations
7:45am - All halls clear of teachers/students. Only late students in the hallways
