Computer Science Discoveries
To teach using Computer Science Discoveries, following these steps:
1. Create a teacher account at www.code.org
2. Navigate to your teacher dashboard and select Student Accounts and Progress.
3. Create a New Section. Name it by period, choose email for the login type, select the grade, and then in the drop down menu, select Unit 1: Computers and Logic under Computer Science Discoveries.
4. Click the "manage students" phrase to see directions for signing up students into the course.
5. Instruct students to create accounts by selecting "Sign in with Google."
6. Provide each period with code/link that was generated for them to login to your class to receive assignment.
As students complete a unit, you will need to go back into your sections and select Edit to assign the new unit.

EV3 Robotics
EV3 Robotics Resources
To get the program downloaded to your student computers, click on Downloads and select Lego Mindstorms Education EV3. Proceed through the download process to install the program, teacher resources, building instructions, and tutorials.
In addition, scroll down to "Add Your Curriculum." Here you can download EV3 coding activities, engineering projects, science curriculum. When you download these curriculum additions, they get added into your Mindstorm software.
