Branagan's Bulletin
Week of December 9 - 13, 2019
Hello Sachems! Welcome Back!
I hope all of you had a great weekend! I love this time of year for our school and community. The spirit of giving and kindness is something that you can see throughout our school. From the wonderful Eat to Heat Program sponsored by the amazing Key Club...they raised a tremendous amount of money to help those in need this winter with the heating costs. Just awesome! From the food collections, toy drives, caroling, holiday concert and other ways to engage our community...Sachem Pride is strong. As we begin the countdown to a well-deserved holiday break...we have a very exciting week ahead. Have a great week, Sachems!
A special note of thanks and appreciation...
- To the Winter Athletes - I look forward to a great start to your respective seasons with games starting this week! I hope to see Tribe Nation come to life this season as we continue the work of showing Sachem Pride everywhere!
- Congratulations to the Key Club for an outstanding Eat to Heat Event on Wednesday night. You raised a considerable amount of money to pay it forward to help our community.
- Thank you to Shannon Hurley and Carissa Chane who represents our school on the Student Advisory Council through the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Your voice is so important in the work you are doing on school culture and climate. Thank you!
