Adkins Elementary School's Electronic Reading Resource

For current students enrolled at Adkins Elementary, you may access our electronic bookshelf of over 850 books through the FollettShelf. All you need is permission from your parents and a device with Internet connection.

Your username is your student ID and your password is the year of your birth; teachers' username is their ID number and their library pin number.

The Follett Brytewave App is available for computers with Windows, Mac OS, and Linux, iPads running iOS 4.0 and Android tablets running Android 3.0 and newer. This is a computer application that allows downloading for offline reading. HTML5 based reader with no Flash requirements.

Click here for more on specifications and downloads.

The iPad® App can be found in the Apple App Store. Download it today.

The Android™ App can be found in Google Play. Download it today.

NOTE: for both the iPad and Android app, in order to login you will have to complete the listed URL with our school ID number. User Name is your district ID and the Password for students is the year you were born. Teachers use your library pin.

Enter wbb48381 to complete the FollettShelf URL.

Students may download one book at a time to keep for up to 5 days. It will automatically return to the shelf after 5 days. You may also choose to read the book online without downloading it. This would be a good idea for a book that you could finish in just one sitting, otherwise download it so you can read every page!
