👩‍🏫ITBS Testing Week👨‍🏫

Students in grades 3-8 will be taking their ITBS standardized tests next week, March 4th - 8th.

  • Ensure your child is getting enough rest. It is more difficult for tired children to focus, sit still and take on challenges.
  • Give your child enough time in the morning to fully wake up, so they aren’t still groggy during test time.
  • Provide your child with a healthy breakfast (think high-protein and low-sugar!).
  • Be positive about the test. Acknowledge that tests can be hard and that they’re designed so that no one will know all of the answers. Explain that doing your best is what counts. The important thing is to make your child comfortable and confident about the test.
