Workouts will resume on Monday, January 11th
Athletes will have to choose one sport for each 3-week period.
We will continue with our COVID check-ins. All athletes and coaches must wear a mask. Please have your athlete bring their own water bottle and hand sanitizer.
*Please check with the Head Coach to see what times and days that your sport is going.
The OSAA Update from December 7th
Season 3 sports will consist of Baseball, Softball, Golf, Tennis, and Track & Field which are currently permitted by state guidance as outdoor activities. These sports will begin on April 5th and extend into the 3rd week of May.
Season 4 will include Swimming, Basketball, Swimming, and Wrestling which will begin in mid-May and extend until late June. At this time these sports are still not allowed under the Governor's orders.

Football--5 games
Golf--12 9-hole Rounds
Tennis--10 matches
Track & Field--8 meets
Baseball--15 games
Softball --15 games
Swimming--8 meets
Wrestling--9 events, 11 weigh-ins, 30 mat appearances

As you are aware of we are receiving updates to our COVID procedures daily. As of today, we will be adding some clarification and new statements on the survey your child does to enter the workouts each day. Here is the list.
A temperature of 100.3 or higher
Any cough within the last 2-8 hours
Close contact with anyone with COVID-19*
Anyone in your household has any symptoms of COVID-19*
Students must be symptom-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication to resume participation.
*Students should contact their primary care physician for further instruction.

I know it has been a hard year for most of our kids and families. Hopefully, we are turning the corner. We were able to start workouts with our kids that was worth celebrating. It looks like we will get an opportunity of playing some sports starting in late February. Just keep looking for those small successes and we will get through this.
