ABOUT MY SELF-ESTEEM

I have a high self-esteem. I am confident and competent in daily living activities. The potential of being rejected by others as a result of who I am or what I do is not something I allow myself to worry about. If people don't accept me the way I am, I will not go out of my way to gain their approval. Granted, rejection by someone in my life may very well hurt me, but I wont let it dictate how I feel about myself. I know that the only approval I should be worried about is my own.

THE EFFECTS OF LOW SELF-ESTEEM

It can cause the person with low self-esteem to doubt themselves, and can cause them

to do make self-destructive decisions. They may be depressed because of this. They might not function in public places properly.

WHAT YOU CAN DO TO MAINTAIN OR IMPROVE YOUR SELF ESTEEM

You can say and think positive things, instead of doing the opposite.

You should ask for help from others, which can help you better cope with issues in your life.

You can accomplish achievable goals, which may give yourself more confidence.

You should stand up for what you believe in.
