Health Strengths

Physical Health
Being physically healthy is a very important part of my life. At least three days a week I play softball on the fillies. We practice for at least two hours on those nights. Then to build up my strength to play, I do, crunches, planks, side planks, push-ups, wall sits, and lunges at night. Another sport that interests me is volleyball. I only play for Merton Volleyball, but it is still a lot of fun. I love to eat healthy also. I enjoy eating fruits and veggies because after I eat them I feel much more energized than I would eating junk food.
Mental Health
Some of my favorite ways to relieve stress is to take my mind off it by hanging out with my friends. When I hang out with them, I forget all of my worries because I am having so much fun! Some of my personal traits include kind, strong, forgiving, intelligent, athletic, fun loving and competitive.
Social Health
I have a very strong relationship with my family, we spend a lot of time together. The most time we spend together is when we are either at the ball field, or at home just relaxing. One of the many things that we do together are watching movies together. I like to spend a lot of time with my friends also. We usually go to movies, go in a hot tub or just hang out! My friends are a lot of fun to hang out with!
