All About Mesa 365
We hope you had a restful Thanksgiving break! Welcome to our first edition of Mesa 365. This monthly newsletter will showcase classroom lessons, events, and other happenings that we want to share with our community. Please help us celebrate the wonderful things our students and staff are doing each and every day!

Honoring our Veterans
For Veteran's Day, 6th grade team Kodiak worked collaboratively with their classmates to create large flags honoring those who serve and have served in our Military Branches. Each student colored a small square section of the flag and pieced them together to create a larger American Flag. The flags are displayed upstairs outside of the Kodiak POD. As students were coloring their individual pieces of the flags they shared stories about members of their families that are currently serving our country or have served in the past.
Please accept our gratitude and thanks for all who have served and continue to serve in any of our Military branches. We appreciate the sacrifices you have made in protecting our freedom.
