Reflections from Elder's Desk
I hope you had a pleasant spring break and found time to break away from the day-to-day tasks that being on schedule presents. I was able to rest, recharge, reflect, and spend time with family and friends. Also, I enjoyed watching the Aggies reach the Sweet 16.
As we prepare for the last nine weeks of school, we have to keep going strong. Our students depend on us, and they will reciprocate the behaviors they see. Be committed to being a caring, passionate educator who designs relevant learning experiences that challenge our students' thinking. Also, we must be persistent in modeling the expectations that we expect--"ignored behaviors are accepted behaviors" so continue pushing our students to being the best they can be and expect greatness everyday.
