Family Focus
This year we are taking more of a family focused approach to homework. We believe that spending quality family time is vital in the success of your student. We will provide family friendly, engaging homework activities and assignments. We would love if you would send us pictures of these activities and share them with us.
This weeks Family focus:
Students are working with time in math! Spend some time this week looking at time on analog clocks. You can discuss the minute and hour time and which moves faster. Discuss what are some things that happen in the A.M. and P.M. Show your child a digital clock and discuss how minutes and hours are separated the dots. Watches are great stocking stuffers to practice time all year long but please no alarms that beep in class!
