ART & STEAM: What is an Algorithm?

This week’s theme is Coding! We are going to find out about Algorithms this week.

An algorithm is a detailed list of steps used to complete a task.

We hope you will have fun with these Art & STEAM activities! There are two Art and two STEAM activities for you to try. Some require technology use while others can be completed without a device. Look for the computer symbol for activities that require a device. There are also linked documents that you can print out. We would love to see what you do! Be sure to share your work with us by email.

Music: Keep Making Music!

This week, we want you to keep making music! Lessons for the week are linked below. And, there are additional activities if you are feeling really creative.

We would love to see your results! Record your live performance and email it to your Music Teacher.

Physical Education: Stay Active!

Hello Hazel Park families. We hope this letter finds you safe and healthy. Please try to encourage your student(s) to get up and get active a few times a day. This week the lesson plans offer some extra activities, please use them as “brain breaks” as much as needed throughout the week. Miss you all very much - Hope you have fun!
